Coordination
Coordination is designed for couples who have planned their wedding independently and want a trusted professional to bring everything together in the final weeks. Beginning six weeks prior to the wedding date, I step in to review contracts, timelines, logistics, and vendor details, identifying any gaps and ensuring nothing is overlooked. From that point forward, I become the primary point of contact for your vendor team, allowing you to step out of the logistics and fully enjoy the final stretch of engagement.
My focus during this phase is clarity, calm, and execution. I create a comprehensive wedding day timeline, coordinate logistics and service flow, and manage all final details so the day unfolds smoothly. On the wedding day itself, I oversee setup, direct vendors, and handle any issues as they arise. The result is a well-run, organized celebration that allows you to stay present, relaxed, and confident knowing every detail is being handled with care.
